Youth Camps

All programs are held at the Jessie Brock Community Center, 310 N Dillard Street, unless otherwise noted.

School Holiday Camp 

Arts and Crafts, activities, sport and much more! Spend this year’s spring break with your friends, counselors and the Winter Garden Parks and Recreation staff. A qualified, well-trained staff will provide a safe and outstanding break for your child. Camp is open to all children in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Campers must bring a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle to camp every day. Registration available starting February 1.

Summer Day Camp Registration

Summer Day Camp 2023 is here! Registration will be available online as well as in office. To avoid any registration issues, please contact the center to verify your camper’s information by March 31. Payment for the first two weeks will be due at the time of registration. Minimum payment not made will result in cancellation of weeks registered. Camp is offered from May 30 – August 4. Space is extremely limited. 

  • City Residents April 5 – April 28
  • Nonresidents April 12 – April 28
  • $120 per week Residents | $150 per week Nonresidents 
  • $10 weekly discount for each additional child enrolled per week
  • (First two weeks payment due at time of registration)
  • Camp is open to children entering 1st through 8th grade 

Limited scholarships are available through the Winter Garden Parks & Recreation Department. Scholarships are based on the Income Eligibility Guidelines. Applications for scholarship will be available beginning Monday February 20, 2023 and must be returned by March 24, 2023. Scholarships will be awarded on March 31, 2023. Summer Day Camp Counselor-In-Training Program 

The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is specifically designed to develop the skills needed to be a positive leader and role model in the summer day camp. All interested teens must apply and interview for an opportunity to participate in this program. Upon selection, all CIT’s will be finger printed and complete a background check prior to the start of the program. All fees associated with these screenings are included with the registration fee. Applications will become available Monday February 20, 2023.

  • 14*– 16 (*Eligible CIT’s must be 14 by May 30, 2023 or entering 9th Grade at start of 2023 – 24 school year)
  • $100 Supply fee
  • $25 Each Field Trip Week
