Meeting with Winter Garden Community Outreach Coordinator
The Winter Garden Police Community Outreach Coordinator is available on select days and times at the Community Resource Center to assist residents in finding local resources. Meetings are by appointment only. Please call or email to make a reservation.

How to Reserve the Community Resource Center
Center Is Available as Meeting Space for Qualifying Organizations 

The City of Winter Garden Community Resource Center is a resource and asset to the Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood. The center is available at no charge to community organizations and those providing services or resources to the East Winter Garden community. A reservation through the City of Winter Garden is required for use of the facility.

To inquire about availability or schedule use of  the Community Resource Center, both the “East Winter Garden Community Resource Center Use Policies and Contract” AND the “City of Winter Garden Parks & Recreation Participant Membership Form”  must be completed and submitted to Laura Coar, Parks & Recreation Director, at lcoar@cwgdn.com. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for a request to be processed. Please note that available dates and times vary.

Confirmed requests will receive a “Facility Sales Receipt” (pictured below) indicating the confirmation and no charge.
