Systems Upgrade!

The City of Winter Garden Building Inspections and Permitting and Utility Billing Payment systems have been upgraded recently, and have new links.

• Building Inspections and Permitting

  • For Inspections and Permitting, please
    • use our automated scheduling system by calling 407.656.9970, -OR-
    • email our permits mailbox, -OR-
    • call 407.656.4111 x5136 to speak with someone who can help.

• Utility Billing Payments

  • Once you get to the new payment page,
    • click Login on the left-hand side,
    • then enter your account number and password from our previous system.
    • This should migrate your account without the need to enter a PIN.
  • We've built a how-to guide to help with migrating an existing account
