The Winter Garden Fire Prevention Bureau conducts fire safety inspections of all commercial and multi-family residential structures within the City. All routine fire inspections will be arranged by the inspections division. Inspection requests for new or renovated buildings will require a 24 to 48 hour notice. Contact the Fire Inspection Division at 407-877-5175, ext. 2020. A fire inspector will contact those who are requesting inspections to set up a time and date for the inspection.

Winter Garden Fire Inspectors are certified through the State of Florida and receive their authority through State Statue, which adopts the Florida Fire Prevention Code, as a minimum standard. You may check with The Fire Prevention Bureau for the most current adopted edition.
