Records Management Division

The Records Management Division is the unit of the Winter Garden Police Department that is responsible for maintaining reports and other documents for the police department. The  division is staffed by two civilian records specialists to serve citizens and internal staff with records needs. They interact in person at the lobby window, through the mail, and on the   telephone.

This is the unit of the Police Department that should be contacted if a copy of a police offense/incident report or a traffic crash report is needed. Crash report copies can also be obtained on-line by visiting www.buycrash.com.

Records Management is staffed by two full time non-sworn records specialists. You can find their contact information on our contact us page.

Their operational hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Records Management Personnel can be reached by telephone at (407) 656-3636, either ext. 2224 or 2800.
